CSA reserves the right to cancel a class for under enrollment or other issue and will adhere to the refund policy accordingly. 

The enrollment deadline for all courses is one week before the start date.  Refer to course details for specific dates.

Full refund of course cost will be made if a student is withdrawn from a course by midnight, Wednesday, of the first week of each term (that is, within 72 hours).  Please inform us by email.  No refunds will be issued after the 72-hour deadline.

Please use the 72-hour period to examine all course materials (readings, prompts, policies, etc.).  We do our best to use materials in our courses that are not likely to offend; however, should you object to anything in the course, you have the opportunity to withdraw by the 72-hour deadline.

Critical Skills Academy is an education resource provider and is not licensed or accredited as a private school.
